The screening result cannot confirm or rule out ADHD. Difficulties with attention, memory, motivation, organisation or restlessness can also occur with anxiety, depression, burnout, sleep problems, trauma, substance use and other mental or physical health conditions. A formal ADHD diagnosis requires a broader clinical assessment.
