Your result
Your responses suggest that further ADHD assessment may be worth discussing
Your responses meet the positive screening range on this adult ADHD screening questionnaire.
**This does not mean that you have ADHD.**
A positive screening result means that further clinical assessment may be worth considering.
ADHD shares symptoms with several other conditions and circumstances, including anxiety, depression, burnout, sleep difficulties, trauma and some medical conditions.
A formal ADHD assessment considers more than a questionnaire score. It may include your current symptoms, how they affect your functioning, developmental and childhood history, other mental and physical health conditions and information from other sources where useful.
What to do next
Step 1. Download your GP handout
Your handout summarises your screening result and the work and daily-life concerns you identified.
Take it with you when you see your GP.

Step 2. Speak with your GP about a referral
If your GP considers referral suitable, ask them to provide a referral to Altitude Mind Clinic for adult ADHD assessment.
A current GP referral is required before booking under Altitude Mind Clinic's ADHD assessment process.
Step 3. Make your booking
Once you have your referral, you can make your appointment with Altitude Mind Clinic.
Appointments are provided by secure video consultation, so you will need a device with a camera and a reliable internet connection.

Step 4. Your first two appointments
Your first two consultations are with an Altitude Mind Clinic psychologist.
These appointments are used for initial screening, history gathering and preparation for specialist review. Psychology screening does not provide or replace psychiatrist-led diagnosis.
Step 5. Psychiatrist assessment
You will then meet with an Altitude Mind Clinic psychiatrist via secure video consultation.
The psychiatrist will review the information gathered, conduct further clinical assessment and discuss diagnosis and treatment planning where clinically indicated.
A screening result alone does not determine diagnosis or treatment.
If you are in crisis, call Lifeline on 13 11 14, call 000 or attend your nearest emergency department.
