How It Works
Your pathway to specialist care
Access specialist psychiatric support in four steps. No need to travel, no waiting room.
Step 1:
Visit your GP. Speak with your general practitioner about your mental health concerns and request a referral to Altitude Mind Clinic. Already have a referral? We accept all Psychiatry referrals. Reach out if you have any questions.
Step 2:
Submit your referral. Your GP sends us your referral letter. Our team will contact you to confirm eligibility and arrange your appointment.
Step 3:
Attend via telehealth. Join your appointment from the comfort of your own home via our secure video platform. No travel needed - anywhere in Australia.
Step 4:
Ongoing care plan. Following your assessment, your psychiatrist will provide a management plan and liaise with your GP for coordinated care.
