Please include the reason for referral, relevant symptoms and history, current medications, previous treatment or assessments and any known medical or mental health concerns. For ADHD referrals, developmental history where available, previous reports and relevant information can also assist the assessment.

Yes. Adult ADHD assessment typically begins with a 60-minute appointment with our clinical psychologist. An additional 60-minute psychology appointment may be needed depending on complexity. This is followed by a 60-minute psychiatrist appointment for medical assessment, diagnostic feedback and treatment planning.
