Step 2: Our triage team will review your referral (within the same day).
Step 3: You will be contacted by phone to assist you with your booking
Step 4: Follow the instructions in your booking confirmation to join your first telehealth video consultation.

Please ensure you have a valid referral from your general practitioner when booking your appointment. If you do not have a GP referral, you may not be eligible for a Medicare rebate. If you need a referral from your GP, you can direct them to our patient referrals page for information on how to refer to us.
